Rescue Company 2 is a new 21,400 NSF state-of-the-art firehouse in Brooklyn, New York. The facility is an apparatus for training that enables an elite force of FDNY firefighters and rescue workers “to stage and simulate a wide range of emergency conditions in, on, and around the building.” The signage program included an exterior glazed terracotta sign, an immersive 45’ training wall, and fire engine red interior code-compliant signage and wayfinding.
