Working with Compass and Brooklyn developer, The Marcal Group, we designed the name, identity, website, and marketing materials for One Sixteen, a new multi-family housing development in the Rockaways. The visuals reflect the unique character and rich history of the area, while also promoting an aspirational beachside lifestyle to appeal to potential buyers.
