Lincoln at Bankside, Brookfield Properties’ exciting waterfront mixed-use residential development in the South Bronx, brings together the industrial heritage of the Mott Haven neighborhood with the creative energy of the South Bronx to create new housing and commercial opportunities—including 30% affordable housing units—along the Harlem River. We created a comprehensive wayfinding and signage system that spans the building’s 849 units, indoor and outdoor amenities, four retail spaces, and 25,500 SF of public waterfront access. The signage system’s dark monochromatic palette is integrated with the development’s architectural materials and interior finishes to create an aspirational urban oasis for young professionals and families seeking Manhattan-quality living.
